  • Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Automatically applied to orders over $50
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodies (baby bodysuits)
  • Beauty products

All other baby clothing, Big & Tall collections, and accessories are eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability) under the same conditions as returns within the 15-day window.

Refund Process

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
