Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bodies (baby bodysuits) and Beauty products. All other baby clothing, Big & Tall collections, and accessories are eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and must be requested within the 15-day window.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
